Dedicated Relocation Consultant

  • Concierge with 20+ years’ experience fulfills the role of Relocation Consultant acting as the single-point-of-contact and coordination
    • Makes the proper introductions and performs a needs analysis to begin the relocation process
    • Includes spouse/partner or other family members in the planning stages of the relocation per the executive’s wish and communicates all information to all parties to mitigate triangle-style-communication misunderstandings
    • Works on behalf of the transferee with their financial advisor, personal assistant and/or other approved representative to ensure the move goes smoothly
    • Remains available 24/7 via toll-free number and by cell phone, with or without set appointment times, including before and after regular business hours, weekends and holidays
    • Manages and tracks every aspect of the relocation process and provides real-time access of details to the transferee (and/or appointed others)
    • Follows up with the executive per their communication preferences and frequency
    • Remains available should the transferee need anything both during and after their move
