To continually drive cost savings, we evaluate competitive bids (as many as 30 bids for an individual service), and we continually screen new suppliers for possible addition to our supply chain. Our household goods rates are single factor – the lowest pricing structure available in the marketplace. Our real estate days on market average is significantly lower than the industry averages reported by Worldwide ERC. By selling the home faster, a domino effect of savings is created with reduced time needed in temporary housing, household goods storage, etc. This translates into an average savings of $4,000 per transferee for MoveCenter clients vs. those who contract with our competitors.

- Claims Advocacy: We have negotiated terms with our van lines to expedite and ease the replacement value damage claim process. In the event a transferee needs to file a claim, we advocate on their behalf.
- Overcharge Elimination: We audit all invoices before billing clients and all expense reports before reimbursing transferees. We have seen cost savings as much as 10-15% after being adjusted for accuracy.
